From first chat
to going live
A clear four-step process with no jargon, no surprise costs, and no chasing us for updates. Here's exactly how a project works.
Discovery
Every project starts with a conversation. We want to understand your business, your customers, what you're currently doing online (if anything), and what you'd like to achieve.
Not sure what you need? That's fine — just tell us about your business and we'll help figure out the best approach.
Proposal
Within 48 hours of your discovery call, we'll send you a written proposal outlining exactly what we'll build, what's included, what the timeline looks like, and the fixed total price.
We never start work until you've agreed to the proposal in writing. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.
Build
Once the proposal is agreed and a deposit is paid, we start building. We'll share previews at key milestones throughout the project so you can give feedback before anything is locked in.
Typical build times range from 1–2 weeks for a standard website to 4–8 weeks for a more complex system.
Launch & Support
Once you're fully happy with the result, we launch your site or system. We handle the technical side of going live and make sure everything is working correctly before we hand over.
After launch, ongoing hosting and maintenance packages are available so your site stays live, fast, and secure without you worrying about it.
Common questions
How long does a project take?
A standard business website typically takes 1–2 weeks. More complex builds like booking systems or e-commerce can take 4–8 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline in your proposal.
Do I need to provide content?
Ideally yes — you know your business best. We'll give you a clear list of what we need. If you need help with copy or photography, we can point you in the right direction.
What happens if I want changes?
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds built into the price. Any changes outside scope are quoted separately and agreed before any extra work begins.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — we typically split payment into a deposit on agreement and the remainder on launch. For larger projects we can discuss staged payments.
Can you take over an existing website?
Yes. If you have an existing site that needs redesigning or maintaining, we can take it over. We'll assess what you have and quote accordingly.
What do I need to get started?
Just get in touch. You don't need anything prepared — we'll guide you through exactly what we need at each stage of the process.
Ready to kick things
off?
Step one is just a conversation. Get in touch and tell us about your business — we'll take it from there.
